We start the year off advocating for Black Men and Mental Health. We have been invited by Haven London to be one of the guest speakers and deliver a mind body Pilates workshop. Our Director, Michael Burgess, will join the other highly respected panellists in unpacking the journey to mental health and how it manifests in the lives and community of Black Men.
Themes to explore will include vulnerability, toxic masculinity, coping and healing, and mentoring, which will delivered across workshops, panel discussions and performances.
