Peer-to-peer mentoring will also be very important in the students’ overall experience, commitment and value assessment. We will rely on the students to help us develop useful activities to help in engaging and inspiring the young people at the school in their third and final year. We are working with the Domestic Tourism Association and a couple of local businesses to provide paid work experience and other upskilling opportunities in the art, culture and tourism industry in the Voi area.
